Spicy Potato Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef Using leftover taco meat works well
  • 4 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 cup water
  • 1.5 tsp Ground Black Pepper Can reduce to lower heat
  • 4 cup cubed potato
  • 24 oz Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef in Taco seasoning as per seasoning instructions
  • Add all ingredients into a pot
  • Bring to a boil
  • Simmer until potatos are tender

Notes

Can be refrigerated and reheated easily.  Works better if potato's are firmer.  
Cannot be frozen well.
Works without the taco seasoning.
