Ingredients
  

  • .5 L Hot water
  • .5 L Cold water
  • 3 tbs Sugar
  • 3 tbs Salt
  • 1 tbs Olive oil
  • 3 tbs Soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix salt and sugar into hot water
  • Mix in cold water, oil, soy sauce
  • Soak chicken for 2 hours, then pat dry
  • Smoke with apple smoke at 275f for roughly 1.5 hours. Internal temp of 165
  • Remove and let rest
