Chicken Breast smoking brine – Apple smoke
Ingredients
- .5 L Hot water
- .5 L Cold water
- 3 tbs Sugar
- 3 tbs Salt
- 1 tbs Olive oil
- 3 tbs Soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix salt and sugar into hot water
- Mix in cold water, oil, soy sauce
- Soak chicken for 2 hours, then pat dry
- Smoke with apple smoke at 275f for roughly 1.5 hours. Internal temp of 165
- Remove and let rest
